Kathmandu. Prakash Saput, active from singing to film acting, is busy at the moment. He is currently busy with the home-production film ‘Vasant’, which is scheduled to be released on 22 Chait.
Apart from this, his lineup includes Arjun Subedi’s ‘Soltini’, Dipendra K Khanal’s ‘Hari Bahadur Ko Jotaka’ and Rohit Adhikari’s ‘Maitighar’. From the latest film ‘Poorna Bahadur Ko Sarangi’, he got scolded and applauded at the same time.
Through a Facebook post, Prakash said that he was excited to do this film because the story was interesting. He praised ‘Maitighar’ and said that it will be his last film till 2082. This means, he will not do a new film until next year.
In a Facebook post, Prakash writes, ‘After the movie Soltini and Hari Bahadur’s shoe, I have joined the movie Maitighar. It is believed that the new movie that is being made with the name Maitighar, which carries the history and dignity of Nepali cinema, will uphold the dignity of Maitighar. Because its story is interesting. I am excited. And this will be my last film till 2082. Thank you all for your trust and cooperation. From Vasant Chait 22, Soltini, Hari Bahadur’s shoes and Maitighar, we used to meet in cinemas. You had to come. Then I will come to meet you at your place with a musical journey.’
Prakash started his film acting career with Narayan Rayamazhi’s ‘Paradeshi 2’. He has sung playback in Halkara, Boksi Ko Ghar and Pujaar Sarki. ‘Poorna Bahadur Ko Sarangi’ is the latest film in which he acted.
