Kathmandu. The sixth film of the Hollywood film ‘Spiderman Universe’ ‘Kraven the Hunter’ has been released in the theaters of Nepal since Friday. Based on Marvel Comics, the main character of this film was first seen in ‘The Amazing Spiderman’.
A complicated relationship with his ruthless father, Nikolai Kravinoff, opens the way for the main character, Kraven, to seek revenge against cruel consequences. This fight for revenge drives him to become the world’s greatest hunter.
The film is based on the story of how this character became one of Marvel’s iconic villains. Aaron Taylor-Johnson plays the role of Kraven in the film.
Kraven is portrayed as a big game hunter whose goal in life is to defeat Spider-Man and prove himself as the world’s greatest hunter.
Kraven is sometimes portrayed as an antihero. He has collaborated with other heroes including Squirrel Girl in Spider-Man, The Avengers of 1959, and The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl (2015-2019).
The other main cast of ‘Kavren the Hunter’ includes Ariana Debos, Fred Hechinger, Alessandro Nivola and Christopher Abbott. Directed by Jesse Chandor, the film has a story by Richard Wenk. Screenplay by Wenk, Art Marcum and Matt Holloway. From Saturday, this film has been allowed to be shown in China as well.
This film is said to be Sony Studio’s first R-rated film. This film is jointly produced by Sony and Marvel Studios. The runtime of this film is 127 minutes. Because of the adult certificate, only viewers above the age of 16 will be able to watch this film in Nepali halls.
