Order to send Allu Arjun to judicial custody for 14 days

Kathmandu. Telugu superstar Allu Arjun, who was arrested in connection with the death of a woman during the premiere of ‘Pushpa 2’, has been sent to judicial custody for 14 days by the Hyderabad court in India.

Allu, who was arrested from his house on Friday morning, was produced in the court at 4 pm. Allu is alleged to have attended the premiere function at Sandhya Theater in Hyderabad on December 4 without informing the police. A woman was killed and many were injured in the stampede.

After this incident, the police registered a case against the owner of Sandhya Theatre, Allu Arjun and his security team. Meanwhile, actor Allu has appealed to the High Court to quash the FIR registered in the case of the woman’s death.

Allu Arjun and his team also expressed grief over the death of the woman. The actor met the deceased’s family expressing his condolences. He also promised to help Rs. 25 lakhs.

According to Indian media, Allu Arjun has objected to the manner of his arrest. He claims that the police did not even allow him to eat breakfast and change his clothes.

What happened?

On December 4, Allu Arjun arrived at Sandhya Theater in Hyderabad for the screening of the film ‘Pushpa 2’ unannounced. Fans were eager to meet him. As a large number of fans tried to enter the theater with him, a huge crowd gathered and then it became difficult for people to even breathe.

The police used light batons to control the crowd. After the crowd subsided, the person who was unconscious due to suffocation was admitted to the hospital. But at the same time, a woman was declared dead by the doctor in the hospital.
