Kathmandu. Famous Bollywood playback singer Sanjeevini will give her voice in the top song of the upcoming Nepali film ‘Maitighar’. He can be heard in the new version of the classic song ‘Vasant Nai Busan Chochha Hiat…’ from the film of the same name.
Earlier, Asha Bhosale’s voice was in the famous song. Music by Jaydev and words by Kiran Kharel will remain the same. In Sanjivani’s voice and Rikesh Gurung’s arrangement, the once famous song will get a new life. The film’s producer Rohit Adhikari and Sanjeevani have agreed on the song recording on Monday.
Next week, Sanjeevini will record the song in her voice at a studio in Mumbai. For this, he agreed to receive a good salary, the producer official said. Asha Bhosle had sung earlier too. It has been decided to record in Sanjivani’s own voice so that that feeling will be maintained,’ the official said, ‘because Sanjivani has given his voice in many Nepali songs before.’
He said that the song will get a new life. ‘Using the old instrument, we add new voice and voice to the song. “The old song is there, we are trying to pick it up,” he said.
The producer said that the copyright has been secured for this song from Kiran Kharel, the only living creator and lyricist of the original song of ‘Maitighar’. “There is a paper agreement with Kharel about the copyright,” he said.
Sanjivani has lent her voice in hit Nepali songs like Pani Mitte Mero Hajru, Old Nai Nai Maya, Danda Pakha Chharele, Teh Jakni Oke Malai, Aonkama Bani Pichar. Talking about the movie ‘Maitighar’, the shooting of this movie directed by Milan Tamang is going to start from March.
It has been confirmed that Kedar Ghimire, Prakash Saput, Buddhi Tamang, Dikila Sherpa, Upasana Singh Thakuri will act in it. The producer official informed that the promotion of the film will be intensified.
