Kathmandu. On the occasion of Bharatpur Visit Year 2024, 12 musicians will perform at the National Raithane Food Festival organized by Bharatpur Metropolitan Municipality. Mayor Renu Dahal informed about this at a press conference held on Thursday in Bharatpur.
It is said that the festival will be held in Meghauli from December 12th to 26th in the premises of Janaki Secondary School. A cultural program has also been organized on the occasion.
The metropolis has announced the names of 12 artists for the musical performance. Among them are Raju Periyar, Badri Pangeni, review officer, Bhumika Giri, Renuka Bhattarai, Asmita Dallakoti, The Eras Band, Dhakaram Paudel, Mukti Sapkota, Kushal Belbase, Yamlal Bhandari, Arjun Sapkota and others. It is said that they will perform during the festival.
Periyar and Dallakoti will perform on Friday, January 12. It is said that Badri and Renuka will perform on December 13, Rameshraj and Dhakaram with The Eras Band on December 15, Bhumika and Kushal on December 14, Samishka and The Eras Band on December 16.
On the occasion of Metropolitan Day this month, Kathmandu Metropolitan also organized a musical program in Tundikhel, where 19 musicians performed.
