Kathmandu. Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is celebrating his birthday on Friday. He was 59 years old. In his acting career spanning over three decades, he has acted in 85 films. He has won 74 awards.
He is also ahead in philanthropy. Despite this, his life is full of controversies. He was once called a ‘bad boy’. In 1998, an incident happened in his life which forced him to go to jail.
That year he had to go to jail in the case of blackbuck hunting. Even after 26 years since the case was registered, the dispute has not stopped. In the same year, the Lawrence Bisnoi gang planned to kill Salman by shooting at his residence Galaxy Apartment in Mumbai.
This case started in 1998 in Kankani village. At that time, some villagers heard the gunshots and saw Salman fleeing in a gypsy. The villagers say that Salman ran away showing a gun.
Salman has always said that he is innocent in this case. Three cases were registered against Salman in this incident, in two of which he was acquitted. On the third issue of black deer hunting, the villagers are still adamant about their statement.

‘Sikandar’s teaser release postponed
On the occasion of his birthday, the teaser of Salman’s upcoming film ‘Sikander’ was going to be released. But it has been postponed after the death of the former Prime Minister of India, Manmohan Singh, according to the Indian media.
Sikandar’s teaser was scheduled to be released at 11 am on Friday. But the producer has announced that the release of the teaser has been postponed. Maker Sajid Nadiawala has written on social media, ‘We are saddened by the death of respected former Prime Minister Manmohan Singhji. It is with great sadness that we inform you that the teaser of the film ‘Sikandar’ has been postponed.’
The producer further wrote, ‘The teaser has been postponed till 11 am on 28th December. We are in mourning with our country at this time of grief. Hope you will understand. Thank you.’
The film ‘Sikander’ is directed by South Indian director AR Murugadoss. This film will be released on the occasion of Eid next year. Rashmika Mandana and Kajal Aggarwal will be seen with Salman in this film.
