The musical atmosphere of joy and tradition that started from Assam and Sikkim in India in the second half of 2024 became even more vibrant in Jeddah’s ‘Cultural Odyssey’ program. After Jeddah, ‘Pramod and Parampara’ resonated at Potala in Kathmandu and Tiger Top in King’s Lounge, Bhairahawa.
It is seen that the humming and humming schedule is still increasing. Pramod and Prampara are performing in fairs and festivals organized in different districts. Dumre’s Bhanu Nagar Festival on December 19, Kaski’s Lekhnath Festival on December 29, and Pramod’s concert with his band on January 6 are scheduled.
The interesting thing is that a new song with the band is going to be released from one of the concerts of Lekhnath or Thali. ‘We are rapidly advancing the tradition,’ Pramod told Online News, ‘The song will be released in one of these concerts.’ He said that the video of this song is yet to be made.

Recently, he has been producing and performing music as part of a band, not solo. ‘When you are a single, it is easy, but when you are in a band, you feel like you are doing a real concert,’ said Pramod. For a concert, we prepare, practice and share plans. When you do this, you feel like you are working with focus.’
He says that there is creativity in concerts with the band. There is no pressure when performing solo and on tracks. There is no creativity at all,’ he said, ‘if you continue to work in the band, the taste and taste of the music will be different. It also connects with the audience. The audience should not only see me, they should also see my musicians.’
He says that the concert with the band will be of high quality technically. The vibes and sound quality of a real concert are also different. There is no sound quality in the tack,’ Pramod said, ‘The atmosphere is different when performing in a band as a real performer. The way the audience listens is also different. The band has the feeling of going to a concert somewhere.’
He said that when performing with a band, different styles of art and culture of the country can be presented and its charm will also be different.

He says that later musicians have understood that he is not monotonous when performing with a band. ‘There is new energy in every concert. We have brought the band forward because of the feeling of having a concert,’ he said.
Pramod said that he and his band are preparing to present not only a professional concert but also a performance that reflects the different culture and identity of the country. Pramod said, “The band is not only speaking Nepali language, but also representing the geography and giving a performance reflecting the identity.”
