Kathmandu. The new song ‘Sapnima’ of the film ‘Keti Bhabhi Innoha’, which is being screened from January 11th, has been released. The song was released at a press conference held on Friday.
What is special about this song is that senior lyricist Karun Thapa has made a comeback to film songwriting after two decades. The song has Indira Joshi and Karan Pariyar’s vocals and Karun Thapa’s music.
Recorded at Acoustic Nepal Studio, the song is arranged by Phanindra Rai. The song features lead actors Nazir Hussain and Srishti Shrestha. Nazir and Srishti are shown in a romantic mood in the song which starts with the home and family envisioned by Nazir.
Dance director Ramji Lamichhane has presented Srishti and Nazir in a dancing style. Indira said that the film established the character of Tarai as a hero and expressed her happiness that she could give her voice in a film with a good story. Karan said that this film fulfilled his dream of playback singing in the film.
Thapa said that he is an old friend of film director Dipendra Gauchan and he wrote the song on his request. Karun’s songs ‘Ago Lagad Dilaima’ and ‘Badal Varsha Bijjik’ are considered to be popular songs.
Director Gouchan said that since his passion for music is old, the song has been prepared to suit the story. The film is produced by Gauchan and Nakim Uddin’s banner Tri City Pictures.
The film stars Sanjay Gupta, Ram Narayan Thakur, Madan Thakur, Reena Rimal, Kaushalya Thakur, Lalithadevi Mishra, Rupesh Mandal, Sudeep Patel, Anil Kurmi, Manoj Shah, Arjun Pokharel and Omprakash Karn.
