Kathmandu. 11-year-old Anuya Tamang has succeeded in becoming the eighth place winner of ‘The Voice Global’ in 2024. ‘The Voice Global’ is a Maui television program of the musical reality show ‘The Voice’.
‘The Voice Global’ has prepared a list of winners of ‘The Voice Kids’ from all over the world. According to which, Anuya, who won the title of the Nepal edition of Voice Kids that year, managed to get the eighth place in Voice Global.
The YouTube channel of ‘The Voice Global’ has included two presentations given by Anuya. She performed in the songs ‘Sapna Vai Anonma’ and ‘Thimpu Chisho Hawale Sapnima Anayale’. She presented the previous song in the blind audition and the latter in the finale.
Along with Nepal, the winners of Germany, Colombia, France, Spain, Poland, Mongolia and Portugal are also included in the list. She gave an excellent performance in the finale of Voice Kids Nepal held in the first week of August.
Born in a Nepali-speaking Bhutanese family, Anuya has recently passed 5th grade. His family has been living in the state of Pennsylvania, USA. Anuya, who does not know how to read and write Nepali, is currently learning Nepali Kakhara.
