Kathmandu. TV personality Reema Vishwakarma was in America till last week for the Golden Nepali Film Awards. She was going there along with many artists and was returning to Delhi on Sunday via New York on an Air India flight.
However, after arriving in Delhi, he had to miss the connecting flight to Nepal. After the departure of the ship, she informed about it through social media and expressed her anger and confusion. She mentioned this as the worst experience she had in Air India.
She writes, ‘Worst experience of flying with Air India. I was on a flight from New York to Delhi. I ended up missing the connecting flight due to the flight delay. I have been standing in front of the transfer desk for several hours. But there is no clear communication or assistance provided. Instead of solving this problem, the desk staff is not only unprofessional, but also rude. Late flight, poor customer service. Even the food inside the ship was indigestible.’
She has also mentioned this complaint to Delhi Airport and Air India. His post has received many responses.
