Priyanka on the horror film ‘Mummy’: I have warned the audience not to laugh at the scenes that should be seen

Kathmandu. The first song of the film ‘Mummy’, which is Samar Niraula’s directorial debut, has been released. The song ‘Ma Ta Yse Nakhli’ composed by SD Yogi was released at the function organized on Monday.

The song has lyrics composed by Harak Saud and arranged by Rikesh Gurung. Actors Diya Maske and Priyanka Karki are featured in the video of the song, which has the voice of review officer and scientist Parajuli.

The song has dance choreography by Vikram Swar, cinematography by Nishal Paudel and editing by Tekendra Shah. The horror family drama ‘Mummy’ presents the story of an unexpected incident that happens at home after the death of the family’s beloved dog, when the daughter starts keeping a black cat at home.

‘Boksi Ko Ghar’ famed director Sulakshan Bharti is playing the lead role in the film which will be released from January 25th. The film also stars Sameep Niraula, Ghanshyam Joshi, Ayushi Dhakal, Javis Shrestha, Geet Bishta and others.

The film produced under the presentation of So Twenty Five has a screenplay by Samar Niraula and Purnima Joshi. Producers are Lokraj Joshi and Purnima Joshi and executive producer is Suman Koirala.

Nishal Paudel and Sharad Mahato jointly shot ‘Mummy’. Edited by Suren Maharjan. Rohit Shakya is in background sound, Shrawal RP is in sound design, Dipesh Chaudhary is in color combination and SD Yogi is in music.

What does Priyanka say?

She has previously worked in horror films like ‘Chi Musi Chi’, ‘Mala’. However, this film failed to impress and became a troll on social media. However, it can be understood that he is dissatisfied with the horror film in which he acted.

She also recalled the incident where she was not afraid while watching her horror films. She said, ‘I acted in many horror films. And watching those films in the hall, I was not afraid.’

He says that the audience is not disappointed by his horror films. She says, ‘Horror films should be able to create fear in the audience. I play horror films but the audience doesn’t care. My reputation is getting worse.’ She said ‘Mala’ is the best horror film she has done.

He says that after the film is good in the script, the film becomes bad during filming. ‘Most of the time the script of the film is very good. It will slip after going to the floor. Even 30 percent of the script does not appear on the screen,’ she said. Due to which he says that he will be traumatized by horror films.

Therefore, she recalled that she told the makers of ‘Mummy’ that the VFX and other aspects should be good. She said that she also warned the director not to laugh at the scary scene.
