Kathmandu. Dayahang Rai, Aanchal Sharma, Anupvikram Shahi starrer movie ‘Dukhi Atma’ teaser has been released. The 3 minute 14 second teaser shows the plot.
The teaser revolves around the story of a middle-aged man’s struggle to propose to a young woman. The teaser tries to show the theme of the sexual psychology of the character and how happy the person is on the outside but how sad he is on the inside.
The girl calls the young man to her house at midnight to celebrate his birthday and cut the cake. Where did the relationship between these two turn? In the teaser written ‘An adult drama’, an attempt has been made to explore the sexual psychology between the characters.
The teaser also features supporting cast including Anupavikram and Shishir Bangdel. The film is directed by Dipendra Lama. He is writing the screenplay. The film was produced by Clock Creations and Himal Kadaria, the production company of ‘Nango Village’.
The film based on a social and satirical story is Lama’s sixth film in terms of direction. Earlier he has directed ‘Ghampani’, ‘Gopi’, ‘Chha Maya Chhapakkai’, ‘Dui Nambari’ and ‘Nango Village’.
We are trying to symbolically portray the same situation on the screen, even though we all look happy on the outside, but inside we are feeling sad,’ director Lama said, ‘I believe that the film will present different dimensions of human nature.’
This film is being screened on the occasion of Valentine’s Day on February 2 (February 14). In terms of the style and narration of the teaser, this film is expected to create a mood of love day in the audience.
