The fire that spread through the Pacific Palisades reached the Hollywood Hills on Wednesday night. Other artists living around there also had to leave their homes.
The largest fire has burned about 12,000 acres in the Pacific Palisades. The area is a scenic spot between Santa Monica and Malibu, home to many television and music stars. Mandy Moore, who lost her home in the Altadena neighborhood near Pasadena, posted an emotional post on Instagram.
Paris Hilton has shared a note expressing her grief over the loss of her home, including footage of her house burning down. Actor Mark Hamill, ‘The Princess Bride’ actor Cary Elwes also posted a video of the burning house. Other stars with homes in the area include Adam Sandler, Ben Affleck, Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg.
