Kathmandu. Patrick Subedi, one of the producers of the all-time blockbuster film ‘Poorna Bahadurko Sarangi’, and director Saroj Paudel are going to collaborate in the upcoming plot ‘Koshedhunga’.
Subedi and Ramesh Dhakal’s international distribution company ‘Seven Seas International’ is going to exhibit this social drama film in foreign markets. Subedi has reached an agreement on international distribution on behalf of the producer and the distribution company. The company has also bought OTT and digital rights.
The film, which will be shot in Syangja from February 2nd, is scheduled to be screened during the upcoming Teej festival. However, the performance date is to be agreed upon after filming.
The plot is also said to be based on the struggle of the wife for the happiness of the family. The film is said to be female-led. So far, Suraksha Pant and Richa Sharma have been signed for the top roles.
Produced by Naradevi Films, the film will be produced by Hari Mahat and Previl Kandel. Dinesh Khadka is the executive producer. Cinematography by Babu Shrestha and editing by Surendra Paudel.
