Kathmandu. Actors Jitu Nepal, Diya Maske, Jitu Ninglekhu are currently in the eastern city for the promotion of the film ‘Karsang’. This weekend they held a press conference in Biratnagar, Itahari and Damak.

After this, the team with director Yam Sherpa will reach the eastern hilly district of Taplejung. After the promotion in the eastern cities, the winning team will join the campaign in West and Central Nepal.

“We are promoting the film by meeting with the audience,” Jeetu said to Online News.

Since the release of ‘Zwayin Saab’ in Dashain, ‘Karsang’ has been meaningful for Jitu. After ‘Harry’s Love’, Jeetu has been acting in social narrative films one after the other. He is constantly seen in serious and emotional performances.

At the center of ‘Zwaiin Saab’ was more emotion than comedy. Viewers probably got to see Jeetu cry for the first time in ‘Jwai Saab’. ‘Karsang’ is also a film based on the story of the Sherpa community, where Jitu has acted as a character named Maila, who belongs to a separate community from the Sherpa community. Dia Maskey plays the role of his wife.

In this context, Jeetu was asked – are you leaving the comedy genre?

Jitu rejected this question. He said, ‘My main genre is comedy. I have to laugh. Whether it is a recent movie or a stage comedy. I am a comedian. I have also played an emotional and serious role in Harry’s sweetheart and son-in-law Saab. It is good for me but I will never leave comedy.’

He said that ‘Karsang’ also has a lot of comedy elements. “There is also seriousness in it, but most of it is comedy,” he said, “I had to make the audience laugh first.” He says that the post has shown that he played a different role in this film as well.

Jeetu has already signed ‘Kangaroo’ as his upcoming film. He said that they are talking about three more films. He will soon be involved in his own production, direction and acting in a film.
