Kathmandu. Famous Indian singer Sonu Nigam has arrived in Kathmandu in the afternoon to give a musical performance in the concert to be organized on the occasion of Christmas.
Officials of Nepal Touch, the organizer, welcomed him at Tribhuvan International Airport. The members of the corporation’s musical group had come early on Wednesday morning for preparations.
Nigam, who has also sung many Nepali hits, will perform in the evening at the concert at the Hyatt Regency grounds. According to the organizers, he will entertain the audience for 3 hours with his hit songs.
Nearly 10,000 spectators are expected to participate in the corporation’s concert. He will also sing half a dozen Nepali songs including the famous song ‘Ukali Orali Kari’ from the movie ‘Simana’.
Nigam is preparing to return to India on Thursday evening. Before that, he will visit Pashupatinath and take a mountain flight on Thursday morning.
